Job fairs, staffing, and resume development assistance are the three main services that will be provided under this category. Individuals transitioning from the penal system will also have an opportunity to meet with employers willing to work with them to ensure they make a successful transition from prisoner to a contributing member of society. To ensure the effectiveness of these initiatives, we will team with other nonprofits that focus in these particular service areas.
