We will be providing affordable housing, free houses, group/assisted living housing, and/or housing assistance for individuals and families who meet certain income and personal requirements. All single-family houses will be located in viable areas and have equity built in to enable residents to immediately start growing their net worth; other types of housing will be in safe, productive areas as well. Recipients of the free houses and affordable housing services will also be given information on vendors and contractors who will be able to help them properly maintain their homes to ensure a continual increase in value.
